Interview
It was detailed interview with many questions. 2 stage interview one was online the other one was in person in which they did a role play of a difficult customer and customer assistant dealing with that customer.
Interview was comfortable and friendly, manager was there on time. Asked why I want to work at Tesco and about previous customer facing roles. Explained the process and training requirements really well and had the opportunity to ask questions.
Short interview easy to speak to manager chill laid back energy very run of the mill normal questions if I do say so myself honestly nothing to be stressing over
i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
