Very friendly and successful. Interviewer asked me about my opinoins on real life situations and asked about my community service experience. Also about my personality and characteristics which are significant to others

There was a one to one interview at an express store which lasted about 30-40 minutes. I was asked a series of questions from a sheet of paper (if you already work at Tesco your manager may be able to find a sheet of questions that are similar so you are prepared)

Standard questions written by HR dept. very generic not loads of prep you can do just don't show up late etc and seem keen etc very scripted and hard to mess up
