Friendly and efficient interview that felt more like a chat then an interview. Made me feel relaxed and at ease instantly. No pressure. Didn't feel like I needed to "say the right thing" like I have felt in previous interviews.

Applied online then completed an online multiple choice test, and then a week later I had an in person interview with the store manager. Overall a quick and simple process.

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
The interview was engaging and welcoming, with thoughtful questions and a friendly atmosphere. I felt valued and happy, leaving confident about the role and excited for the job ahead. I would recommend the experience to anyone.
