Interview
Initial call, coding interview, system design interview, leadership interview, interview with the potential team lead, all done online. The fisrt leadership interview needed to be postponed after I waited 20 minutes in the call but nobody showed up. The system design interview started with 2 of us interview candidates in the call so somebody needed to leave, it was also due to logistic error by the HR… The whole process took almost a month which is way too long in my opinion.
