I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Liverpool, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Quite a nice interview process; there was a group of 7. We were asked to introduce ourselves to the group and tell everyone a bit about our interests and what we were doing at that moment (in college/university/working etc). Then we were split into 2 groups and had to see which group could make the biggest and most colourful paper tower which was pretty fun. They then asked us if we thought our groups had worked well in a team and contributed equally. After, we were individually asked (in front of the group) 2 questions which are shown below. I was told I will find out within the next couple of days if I've got the job (haven't found out as my interview was today so I've put 'no offer')!

Friendly, open conversation.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
