Applied online invited to an interview 2 weeks later.When I got to tesco there were 26 of us.We all sat in one room and asked to build a tower out of paper for team work.They then sat us all outside and had us wait 30 minutes.They then used the facade of calling people in saying they needed extra information instead of just being honest and saying they were the successful canidates.Being treated like we were stupid was really disappointing from such a company as tesco.

Didn't ask questions about tesco just a random question is if you were a superhero who would you be and why.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Dundee, Scotland)
Interview
There was a group and an individual interview.
The group was asked 2 questions and it was free for anyone to answer first.
Then the group were taken to the tills to help pack bags, which was awkward cause everyone was going to the self scanners. Afterwards was the individual interview, where you were you only went through availability and double checked information.
