I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tesco (Manchester, England) in Aug 2014
Interview
Daunting, as not been through process for over 20 years. Also had heard rumours about this company and processes, so was very apprehensive. The interviewer was quite relaxing and helpful. She seemed to realise my discomfort and swept away all my concerns.
Simple questions about background and shifts I’d be able to work. If I’d ever done this type of work before. It was a short interview process that took about 30 minutes
The interview process was seamless, professional, and well-structured, with clear communication, respectful interaction, and supportive atmosphere, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and encouraging for both candidate and interviewer. Not stress at all.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tesco (Daventry, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
Easy and informal. Just a few questions about your life and a short assessment to show you what a normal day looks like as a warehouse operative. Then just fill out some documents, references, right to work, and that is.
