I applied on 13/04 got a text on 15/04 for a interview in beamount leys, Leicester on 16/04. Got a call a few hours later that I got the job. I went through the staff enterance, signed in to the visitors book and went to the canteen. I read a newspaper in the canteen for 15 mins and a lady introduced she was the manager and took me and other candidates to a room. Filled in paperwork (h&s, hours you can work). Interviewer asked me and other candidates to talk with to each other (put in pairs). Interviewer went out the room for 2mins. I spoke to my pair about what I do, my hobbies, what football team I support etc) interviewer walked in and asked what I learnt about the other person. There was a booklet with questions. The interviewer told the candidates to ask your pair a question in the booklet and vise versa. Interviewer walked out the room. I was asked Q1 (see below). Interviewer came back and my pair had to give feedback on how I answered the question and what my answer was. Interviewer took me and the group and showed us around the warehouse and told us what out job would be and what we would be doing. After the tour we signed out and the interview was over
