After submitting my CV through Tesco Career page, I received an email inviting to the store for interview. The interview was pretty casual, talking to the store manager. And I got the result within one/two weeks.

Interview
The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
Pleasant, 15 mins, very casual. Interviewer was previously a colleague for 7 years and was promoted to shift manager. He took me upstairs to their ramshackle training room. I was called the next day with an offer and had my induction two days later.
