Interview
The interview process consists of five rounds designed to assess both technical and cultural fit. It begins with an initial HR screening call, which serves as a brief introduction and may be recorded. This is followed by a general interview focused on the candidate’s resume, professional background, and experiences. The third round involves a case study, where the candidate is expected to analyze and provide solutions to a given scenario. In the fourth round, the candidate presents and discusses their approach to the case study with the interview panel. The final round is a conversation with the CEO, which is more HR-oriented and aimed at evaluating the candidate’s alignment with the company’s values and vision.
