Interviewer rejected me during our interview via email (I didn't see the email until after) but finished the interview saying that she would be in touch. When I received the rejection email, I emailed her back to ask if it had been a mistake, as she ended our interview saying no decisions had been made yet. She never emailed me back.

Had two interviews, just to be ghosted afterwards. Not even the courtesy to email or call to say they have moved on and have selected another candidate. I felt like they didn't really have a food handle on their interview and selection process.

Stupid, irrelevant, long wait without following up, they invade your privacy and request credit check Lack of communication, horrible face gestures from the manager and silly irrelevant comments during the interview

Got called for the interview and had a panel interview with HR and Controller. Questions they asked was challenging and made you think about the situations you were in before and how relevant your experiences were in previous positions.

I got the phone interview at the beginning of July. The phone interview was 10min. She asked me very basic questions such as " Are you allowed to work in Canada" etc. She also went over my resume and asked few questions regarding my previous job experience. One week later I got the chance to go for an face to face interview. She was asking me questions as to how I meet deadline etc. I did not get the position in the end.

The do two interviews before inviting back to sign acceptance. Usually this is with the assistant manager, and/or the Credit Office Manager. Now they also have a General Manager and a centralized Credit office Manager. Windsor is the head office for this company so every department is located there, operating the stores in WIndsor, Chatham, Sarnia and London. You will require a credit check and a police clearance. They reimburse the police clearance.
