It was an unpleasant experience being interviewed in Tavisca. Every single interviewer pretend to be over smart. They took total 3 rounds- first one was technical followed by coding test and the final round of interview. I think they themselves dont know what they look for - let me guess, i think a ROBOT who never fails to answer even a single question. I gave 95% correct answers but as I said I was not 100 % correct like a ROBOT do. After final round I was told by HR they have been expecting more out of me but They dont know what. There may two reasons 1. They dont want a senior person to be hired from outside and willing to fill the position by promoting an inside person, and 2. They dont have the the open positions in reality and they just do it for their brand promotion and wasting candidate’s time like me.
