I applied online. I interviewed at Tempo Plastics in Mar 2022
Interview
Very relaxed and comfortable. Very informal. Virtual. Difficult to to get a feel for organization or interviewer due to virtual platform instead of in person. I dislike being forced into how many words I need to use for an explanation, here.

Question 1
Describe your last role at your last employer in HR.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Tempo Plastics (Innisfil, ON) in Nov 2018
Interview
Front end calls were professional in setting the appt and great qualifying questions during the screening.
The physical interview was very unprofessional... they did not know what they were looking for nor did they have any understanding of their own supply chain, business model and ultimately couldn't clearly define the role. Said they would follow up in few days... I had to follow up 4 weeks later for feedback when they advised that they decided to cancel the hiring process to regroup. It is freshly posted again today... good luck to anyone who would apply. Process was not professional and a huge/costly waste of time.
