In 2017, I went through a three interview process. The first interview was a phone interview with the person who would become my direct supervisor. The second interview was a zoom interview with some staff present with students. The third interview was in person, at Hillel, with another group of students.

Lots of questions about my own connection to Hillel, Judaism, and Israel. Some questions about how I would handle particular situations. Also, there was a lot of room to share ideas about engagement.
