The interview consist of written mcqconsisting of aptitude followed by 3 personal interviews .There were 2 rounds of technical interviews consisting mostly of java and oops concepts and basic programming questions .Last round was HR round
Had 3 Rounds
1) Aptitude - Had to solve 30+ problems in aptitude and programming
2) Coding Interview - Given a problem and needed to explain it
3) HR Round
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tekizma (McLean, VA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Java, OOP design, and SQL. This company is trash and they completely ghosted me after knowing I am in visa status and need sponsorship. I totally understand this but send an email to inform me isn't that hard and how they did it is extremely unprofessional
