It was an in-person interview… there was two of them. First one was with CEO AND VP of Sales and second interview included a sales associate and customer service manager

Interview
I met with the CFO and Co-owner. He was easy to talk to. He was not ready to hire someone but wanted to talk to me anyways. I appreciated this and his honesty. He was very open and transparent about his business and the needs of the company and posible postion. He left the interview as open dialogue for a possible later interview if a position become open.
