Was extremely okay. Did not get the job. Interview was multiple rounds. Basic interview questions to start and a more thorough thought exercise in problem solving and root cause analysis.

Question 1
How do you measure impact of a problem to a customer's business?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Techtonic Group (Denver, CO) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process is incredibly long and requires a lot of work. There were 7 or 8 steps, one of which was taking yourself through 60 hours of self-teaching coding courses. They weren't difficult if you have any experience coding, but it still does take a while to get through. After I went through the first 5 steps and finally got to the step where I actually communicated with someone, the screener missed our call appointment and never responded to my emails to reschedule. About a week later, the company sent out an email announcing that they were cancelling the apprenticeship cohort because they couldn't afford it, but only after we spent hours and hours on the process already.
I completed pre-work, a phone interview, and an online technical challenge. After this step, there was one more step which was a code-along challenge, however, they ended up canceling their cohort.
