Technergetics interview questions

Applied online and had someone on their HR team reach out to me. She asked in email the same questions that were part of the application. After replying I was ghosted with no response. Why even say I’m moving forward with next steps and not reply at all?

It was a phone interview, very nice person who interviewed me and gave me plenty of time to come up with an answer. Asked basic questions about projects, SDLC, and for some reason asked me how I feel about lay offs.
