I applied for this position through LinkedIn. I received a call around 11:59 AM and was informed that the interview was scheduled for 3:00 PM the same day. Since the notice period was short, there was limited time to prepare, which created a bit of a rush. The interview itself went well overall. The interviewers were polite, supportive, and professional, and the discussion was comfortable. The questions were relevant, and the environment felt respectful. One suggestion for improvement would be to inform candidates at least a day in advance so they can prepare properly and avoid last-minute pressure. Another helpful improvement could be that if a candidate applies for one role but is found suitable for a different position, the team could proactively inform them and guide them accordingly based on their skill set. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the professionalism of the interview team.

Interview questions didn't match the role or the field. They joined the meeting 15 minutes late, Interviewer wasn't prepared. I had to complete a task that took 2 days, and it was completely disregarded by the interviewer .
