Tech Networks of Boston interview questions

There is an initial interview with TNB and depending on the client, 1-4 more interviews. The initial was mainly to get a sense of who I am and to see if I would be a good fit. The second was woth the CTO and CEO for technical and professional evaluation, the final where with the client for a culture and team fit.

I met with the VP of Sales and the CEO and they were both very nice and asked me relevant questions pertaining to my position. The company is very socially and environmentally responsible and serves many nonprofits, so they gauged interest in working with this certain client base and why is was important to you. They want you to show you WANT the position, and showing persistence in following up went a long way.
