Then the HR round.
Last was the training sessions before the final employment letter.
Overall the process was lenghthy and time consuming because it was a campus hiring placement.

Interview
Very holistic, multiple rounds, focused on assessing mindset, thought process, and orientation. Giving an opportunity to express yourself freely on various contemporary subjects of Human resources. Finally giving assignments/Roles based on your strength /interest.
