Resume -> Aptitude-> English assessment -> Technical Interview -> HR Interview
Another performance based test for higher position .
This procees took at least one month to get completed .
The difficulty of the technical interview was moderate level. We were invited to their company location for offline interview. Most of the questions asked were based on the resume. There were a few questions based on real world cyber attacks and mitigation strategies.
It was easy and good however they took three months to on board. They put us in second batch for training and the only thing that makes me curious is on what basis they selected.
