Initial round was aptitude. It has three section. Each section consists of twenty questions. The difficulty level is moderate. The three levels are mathematics, logical reasoning and English questions for communication.

Aptitude questions are easy. I answered most of the questions correct but i was not selected.
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Pune)

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
