The interview is related on the position that you are applying for. Their initial interview are just the basic questions. But when it comes to the final interview they will ask you questions where you can relate to the job that you are applying. Some of them are scenarios, problem solving, and work ethics

How would you help the customer if he/she is elderly and has difficulty in following instructions?
1 round is communication (bacis hr round question) 2 round is also communication but advanced, you have to participate in a mock call and give it solution to them , which I found herder for a fresher.
Group discussion , Jam session, Interview has happened.
It was medium and able to answer all questions and maximum the questions where from your resume.
You need to answer them confidently.

Interview
It was one of the smoothest interview processes I have experienced. The interviewer was very supportive, asked relevant technical and basic questions, and made the overall interaction comfortable and professional.
