I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Chennai)
Interview
The interview process consists of two three rounds.
1) Verbal and Quantitative sections. total 170
2) Technical Interview
3) HR interview
The first round is a CAT(Computer adaptive test) and is relatively easy if you are well prepared. It deals with basic english vocab and grammar. The quants section is a little tricky and needs a knack with mathematics.
The Technical Interview round starts quite comfortable with the interviewer asking questions from the area / field you are comfortable with. Failing to answer is which they switch fields and topics. Overall difficulty level : 65%
The HR interview is relatively straight forward with questions aiming to test your acuteness. The questions will be rapidly put forth to test your agility.

Question 1
What is the difference between dedication and commitment?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Hyderābād) in Sep 2016
Interview
Three rounds: aptitude, technical and hr interview.
Aptitude round was easy. It is mainly tests your ability to solve in limited time. I you clear that round, then you should write an essay about a picture shown. Its basically computer checked. So, just make sure you use proper and simple grammar. Don't use complex sentences as it is read by a computer. Then if you clear that you will attend a Technical interview followed by a HR interview.

Question 1
Asked to write some simple programs in c. And then some theoretical concepts.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Dallas, TX) in May 2015
Interview
First round was a written test about
General Aptitude
Math
Verbal
Its quite easy to pass.
Second round was about my resume and OOD. Not a tough interview.
But here is the kicker. Tech mahindra recruited in batches. Meaning I knew a few people who got the offer when I was interviewing. After my interview was done. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me. When I emailed them multiple times and called them the HR either dint pick up the call or would tell me that they are deciding on a "start date". The ultimately sent me a reject email. Which is fine but the people who had already got the offer before me like I mentioned earlier also got their offer revoked. Tech M ultimately hired no one.
My suggestion is even if they call you dont go for this company. It has very lazy people and pay you very less and the work they do can be done by yourself at home. You are better off applying for more companies than join this one.
