1. Aptitude test(mandatory) (120 maximum verbal and grammar related and less analytical). No Group Discussion.
2. Technical interview ( as per your skills mentioned or project done in graduate )
3. HR interview( mostly you would be selected if you are in HR round.)

What is the reason for decline in your academic career as people would score good in X, XII and comparatively less in graduation and what do you know about Tech Mahindra?
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
