Application shortlisting based on work-experience (4+ in telecom domain).
The interview consists of 3 steps. First is telephonic call with a direct senior member of the team. This is purely technical and based on your work experience. This usually lasts about 1 hour.
If satisfied, the next interview round is held. This is check the fit to current role and is conducted by a very senior member/project manager. This is also technical and more comprehensive than first round.
If satisfied, the last stage is with HR to check the package and location details.
