I had a call first that my resume is shortlisted. I wrote an online exam.then attended a telephonic round was selected in both ....Then i was asked to pay money.for which I refused because according to the companies law it was against the company .... Because it was in the official site of tech mahindra ..That they don't charge any money for any kind of interview.
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
