TecAlliance interview questions

The interview was conducted 1:1 with the manager. There were no technical questions, we only talked about my past experiences and what am I interested in. The manager has briefed me on what they were working on.

I had an initial call with HR, and a technical interview. After that I was rejected with the reason “we’re looking for applicants who matched the specific requirements of the position”. I have a strong CV and a lot of experience. Indeed, my career covers all the specifics technologies and skills needed regarding the job description. I answered all their questions satisfactory. So for me the stated reason felt untrue — which makes me think the company may not really professional.
