Processing internally based on relevant questions. Submtting to end client for technical interview. Followed by selection discussing on the salary part. Negotiating with the candidate and agreeing on the terms and conditions. Collecting relevant documents which includes carrer certifiactes, experience certificates for the offer letter issue.

Telephone interview happened, but very up to the point questions and also strategic questions. The hiring manager asking me about my last experience and how I can manage things and how I will talk to the candidate and why I want to have this opportunity.
