2 rounds with live coding, First round video interview, Second is a live coding session. Living coding is a easy-mid level c# questions, not too hard to solve, need to answer some quesitons during the coding sesion.

How do you contribute towards process improvement?
Extremely quick which is great but they were really trying to rush things around timing and notice which didn’t sit right. Fake sense of urgency which is a business issue not a candidate.
The recruiter seemed like a young kid, never followed anything up in writing and only discussed benefits (without full knowledge of leave and holiday processes) at the last minute.
