I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Tataskweyak Cree Nation (Thompson, MB)
Interview
Several phone interviews with recruiter followed by several psychometric tests, followed by an in person interview with the Chief and Council. The entire process was extremely long! There were weeks between the phone interviews with the testing in between. The in person interview was a very long time after everything else was completed. No formal job description was available, just an outline. No job description has ever been provided and attempts at meeting with Council to discuss responsibilities and expectations have not been successful despite repeated attempts.
