I was referred to TCS by someone initially.
I got a call from someone in recruiting/HR for a basic screening. Then I moved into a proper interview process a couple weeks later. I then had 3 interviews and evaluations with 3 different design directors within the span of a week or two. After 1-2 weeks of radio silence, I had a call with another person and got an oral offer.
