It is having 2 round.
First is technical round and
Second is managerial round.
After that HR round they will ask some basic questions and then discuss about the offer.

It is very smooth and flexible. I have went through 2 rounds of technical and 1 round of HR but TCS will not offer good pay and yearly hikes are very less
