Interview
Technical Round, Managerial Round and HR round.
Technical round is not so difficult and manager round is like HR round.
However HR round is the key round for any employee, we should negotiate as much as we can since we will note be eligible for 2-2.5 years hike in tcs for lateral entries.
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
Two rounds will be there
Technical round
Manager round
Both rounds happened on same day
So the process is one day only.
I got offer on same day.
8 to 10 technical questions and only one question in mg round

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
