Basic questions about application support and some analytical questions. They do try to test the IQ of the applicant to see how suitable would the be for problem solving. The technical questions asked were very basic and more analytical.

I applied to the website. The HR contacted me through email to set up the phone interview, and then set up the next interview right away after the phone interview. Then the second one was with the hiring manager.
