The interview process was great, had three interviews for a work from home position. I was selected for a certain campaign but that did not go through after all. I was then called for another campaign and was selected for that one.

Working from home, how will you be engaging your teammates?
Smooth, checking for ability to have a regular conversation and not rely on a script. Initially conducted over the phone or online - to check your background shift preference and basic skills. It progresses to an exam and then an Ops interview with the final interview usually conducted by the client

HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.

Interview
Did not mention in the JD that it's a voice process. At the time of interview they told me that it's a voice process which was quite surprising for me.
