Interview
The hiring process was pretty fast and simple however, I did have to wait over 3 hours at my equipment pickup location, the Grid. With everything going on right now and covid-19, I did not want to risk being an area with other people for more than 20 mins. I had to request to come back when they were ready. Everyone was still nice but it was just an inconvenience since I did not think I'd be there more than 30 mins.

N/A. I was invited to interview after an assessment. I got a 24hr reminder 1hr reminder and then 5 minutes before the interview I was emailed that the interview was canceled. I was in the video call 5 minutes early so I did not receive this email so I waited for 10 minutes. This feels quite unprofessional as accommodations were made on my end to have this interview.

Interview
The interview process was great. After completing the assessment which was fairly challenging, I had a wonderful video interview which I felt comfortable, heard and it peaked my interest even more in the position and company. I was told I would hear back from them in a couple of days, which I did and from there an offer was made and the on boarding experience was seamless. Overall I was challenged, pleased with the interview and the process of filling out paperwork was a breeze!
