I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Tifton, GA) in May 2016
Interview
Intense interviews. Multiple interviews. Behavior based questions. Answer in STAR method. All three final candidates were not extended an offer. If they are not in immediate need they will not hire anyone. Good interview experience you can take anywhere.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Houston, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
Interview process was fairly easy, common sense questions. Questions intended for people who have managed teams within a distribution center setting. Questions may be challenging for someone right out of college or no experience with the team setting. Do your homework if you have no mid level manager experience.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Midlothian, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
Initially met distribution representatives at a career fair. An HR attendant asked me some pre-interview questions relevant to my resume and scheduled an interview. I interviewed with two Senior Managers on campus for my first-round. I did two 1:1 interviews during an on-site visit a few weeks later, also with Senior Managers. I completed a skills assessment/IQ test between the 1st and 2nd round interviews. The entire process was friendly and well-organized. The interview questions were behavioral based, none being particularly difficult.
