You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.

Interviewer followed the typical interview script, I was offered the position on the spot and filled out m y schedule for the next few weeks. They seemed flexible with class hours at first, but that didn't last long.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
