Online recorded virtual interview where you are asked questions one at a time. You have three tries per question, and they will only see the attempt you choose. There are a total of six, with the last one being a yes or no question asking if you’re prepared for some of the job duties like lifting 40 lbs etc.

How do you use past experiences to improve your approach? Describe your actions and the outcome.
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
Online just a few video questions with no in person interview. It was also not live everything is pre recorded. Overall pretty easy and not too bad. Getting the job is mainly about availability
