      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2011

      Interview

Initially received a call from the HR recruiter to set up a phone screening. The screening was about 20 minutes and just basic information, trying to get to know who you are and what you're looking to do. The conversation ended with setting up a phone interview. This took place the following week and the interviewer was extremely nice. Talked about me, talked about him, talked about the job/location/culture of Target. Questions were all behavioral based and the interview lasted about 30 minutes + 10 minutes of small talk afterwards.
