It was quick and laid-back. Did not feel very serious. I was offered the job as soon as the interview ended. They asked standard interview questions and none of them were overly complex. Got asked around 6 questions and the interviews lasted less than 20 minutes. Would not work for a very busy Target location again

name a time you were in a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
digital experience, videos will be watched and then you will be quizzed at the end of the videos. you also watch videos on every position available so you have an understanding of the overall environment

Submitted an application on Workday - then to continue the hiring process I completed a virtual interview that asked questions in a "If a customer/What would you do" format - gave you opportunity to respond and explain yourself with a few retake abilities.
