It was a video interview asking about situational question. A Human Resources leader reached out afterwards to confirm certain details that were entered in on the application and any potential offer.

Tell me a time you had to work with somebody with a different perspective
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

Tell me about your previous experience and how it pertains to this rowl
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
