If you get called for an interview then prepare for common interview questions. If you practice even just a little bit you will have an edge. You take a short twenty question test which is easy. You will have to take a drug test the same day as the interview. It's a very basic process.

They ask how you handled problems in previous jobs. Tell us a time when you had to improvise to solve a problem at work. Tell us what happened and how you handled it.
The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative.
