I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2010
Interview
I met Target representatives at my college career fair. The recruiting person was very nice and we had a good conversation. At the end of the conversation, she offered me an Interview at Target. Soon after, i received an email inviting me to interview. I had to fill out and online questionnaire, take a simple online test, and then I had an in house interview. The interview as about half an hour. A couple days later, I was invited to the second round. Second round consisted of the same behavioral questions, but I came unprepared and was not given an offer.
