Interview
I applied for multiple Target postions, and within a couple of days i was called from an HR represenitive about my availibility and if anything from my application online had changed. I said yes, my availibility was in fact the same and she replied okay.
We scheduled another interview over the phone for the next day at 11:45 am. Before hand i called a number they presented to me to verify my social, birthday and codes they gave me. A few minutes before the schedueld time i recieved a call for the interview.
The questions were fairly simple. Would you be able to work certain hours, do you know what we do, and are you still availible for holidays. After that I was asked a series of questions to give detailed examples of certain scenarios. After all that i was told the next day i would recieve a phone call about how things went and how things were going to be settled.

It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
