Interview
Back to back interviews with fairly straight forward questions. The first interview is with a manager from lower management whereas the second interview is what Target calls an "Executive", or upper management. Most people who apply to Target will get hired if there are openings, however the managers do not show much emotion during interviews.
i filled out the application and received a virtual interview offer shortly after. i was then called a few days later and offered a position on the electronics team despite that not being what i applied for. accepted anyway

Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.

It was a fairly standard interview process, where they asked you questions about yourself. They also gauged how much you knew about tech, since you would be aiding people buying electronic devices.
