I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was heavily behavioral and situational. Be prepared to comment on specific instances of difficulty or achievement in a leadership or team setting. This particular set up pertains to the first interview you'll do with target, as they use it as a weed out process before they bring in candidates for round 2
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you've disagreed with a member of your team.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.
