There is an assessment that you take to predict your behaviors while interacting with guests (customers). If you pass, you with then have 48 hours to complete a 6-Question HireView recorded interview. Use the STAR method and don't be afraid to show personality. You also have 3 tries for each question. After I submitted my video, HR called 3 days later with a verbal offer and I accepted the same day.

Very easy behavioral questions. Simple things like asking about past experiences, why you would fit, why target. Nothing too bad at all. Was also a hirevue so nothing crazy there. 3 attempts per question.
